The announcement was being made to the population. They where never really aware of the depth of the threats that where made public..
The corporation had no common person, the way of making a commoner gain awareness was still an open question that none, nor corporate, nor independent nor criminal knew.. It (the corporation) was composed exclusively of those who gained awareness by themselves and by some unknown factor saw purpose in joining it.
"General population must be aware that there has been a breach in security issues and therefore one of our own will, according to our predictions initiate fire. The threat to population has forced us to raise the security level to pattern B16 which is the highest we have reached since..." These where the words of the corporation given to the media on the opening announcement given on the "Square of Peace".
A meeting had taken place right before the announcement with the five chambers (there was actually 6 for one was not counted due to his special status), elected corporate representatives. They believed that the corporation itself was breached and one of them, yes, one of the five, was the one responsible for the crimes. They had evidence that the presence of the outsider (the criminal) in the corporation put the constant flow of time under threat.
Followed by the public announcement the sixth man came from behind the stage with a mask (imagine the lower half of a fencing mask). Time was slowing down at each step of his towards the public. Although time slowed down considerably at each of his steps, for him time was unaltered. All my attention was drawn to him as my certainty grew to the idea that he was the one the corporation was looking for.
He removed his mask revealing his white beard and aged face. He walked towards the population, put his right hand in the pocket of his black suit and pointed the gun from inside his pocket to one other white bearded man in that standed behind the reporters. Both stood there as time apparently stopped. "These two men could have easily been brothers." I thought to myself as I noticed that the man in the crowd also had his gun pointed to the member of the corporation.
Time was still for a couple of seconds when the first shot came from the man with the mask towards the one in the crowd. Nothing moved except for the bullet that flew low towards the suspect in the crowd. The man with the mask in his hands suddenly, as the bullet was half way towards the man in the crowd, swiftly took two steps backwards and avoiding the "frozen" people rushed faster than the bullet to the side of the other man.
After a sensation of an unseen flash all time started to regain its real speed and off went the bullet missing the target. At arms distance they exchanged some words...

// This second part of the dream I don't really remember for sure the scenes but I do remember the sensaton:
Blood in the library.. it could only be him. Why didn't they put him in jail when they had the chance?
// Third scene after waking up with the hamster making noise:
"Feed the hamster... " I thought, as I placed some corn in the cage. "That's why my ex girlfriend died ... I'm sure" was the explanation that came to my mind. A split second later one message popped up on my computer screen with a message from her asking me "How are you doing lately?".
I woke up.
